When UK DEV first started business our focus was on local businesses in the North-East of
England. It was common for us to meet with our clients face-to-face to discuss their needs
and help explain the complexities of the internet and having an online presence.
A lot has changed since then; we now have clients from all over the world and very rarely
meet them in person. Although e-mail is a great tool we still like to be able to have a
conversation with clients to really understand their businesses. We use technology like
Google Hangouts and
Skype to meet our clients no matter where they are in the world.
